Right of withdrawal

§ (10) The consumer shall not have the right to withdraw from distance or off-premises contracts for the provision of non-residential accommodation, the transport of goods, the hiring of motor vehicles and the supply of food and drink and services relating to leisure activities, provided that a specific time or period is specified in the contract for performance of the contract by the trader.
